The French 75

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml G12 Gin
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • 7ml Sugar Syrup
  • Champagne or Prosecco

METHOD

Take a champagne flute and add the G12 gin, lemon juice and sugar syrup and mix together.

Top with Champagne and garnish with lemon zest.
