The Grapefruit & Mandarin 75

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml G12 G&M
  • 15ml Grapefruit Juice
  • 7ml Sugar Syrup
  • Prosecco
  • Grapefruit zest to garnish

METHOD

Add the G12 G&M, grapefruit juice and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

Shake well and then strain into a champagne flute.

Top with a little prosecco or champagne.

Swirl gently and garnish with grapefruit zest.
