The Mandarin & Ginger Martini

INGREDIENTS

  • 50ml G12 Grapefruit & Mandarin
  • 10ml Dry Vermouth
  • 2 cm of Ginger
  • Orange

METHOD

First crush/muddle the ginger.

Next add the G12 and dry vermouth and crushed ginger in a mixing glass with ice. Stir well – 12 times clockwise and 12 times anti-clockwise.

Stain into a martini glass and garnish with a twist of orange.
