The Mint & Mandarin Spritz

INGREDIENTS

  • 40ml G12 Grapefruit and Mandarin
  • Handful of mint leaves
  • 10ml Solerno Blood Orange Liqueur
  • 100ml Prosecco
  • 15ml Lemon Juice

METHOD

First take a copa glass, next add the G12 gin, mint leaves, lemon juice and blood orange liqueur and muddle together.

Fill the glass with crushed ice and 100ml of prosecco. Mix well and garnish with fresh mint.
